I tried 1 hour different combinations and nothing seemed to happen.

Finally I found some advices that I just have to wait a few minutes after a change and then it should work. And voila: it worked. So that means changes to the .htaccess document are not processed immediatley, but after a while (maybe 5 to 10 minutes).
